FAQ
Do you have a physical location?
No! The physical location was a wonderful place in Marda Loop, but the property was purchased by a developer in the area who does marvellous things in the neighbourhood preserving historical elements. It is now called Elizabeth place and you can check it out in person when you are in the area. Artwork is now available online only.
How does the shipping work?
All artwork is shipped by Canada Post and shipped to addresses in Canada only. If you want items to be shipped internationally, please contact me at: info@artsaqui.ca to arrange for international shipping and international shipping costs.
Can I view the artwork in person?
All artwork resides with the artist in their studios and can only be viewed online. The items will be shipped in a timely fashion directly from the artist usually within 10 days. We will keep you posted (pun intended) for arrival times, tracking numbers and dates of shipping.
Is there insurance on my purchases?
All artworks will be insured, except fragile items such as ceramics, glass, porcelain, pottery etc as Canada Post does not insure breakable items. Those items will be shipped with the utmost care from the artist who is usally experienced in packaging fragile items, but if broken when received please contact me at info@artsaqui.ca so that a refund or replacement can be negotiated directly with the artist. Accidents happen!
Can I return an artwork?
No! All sales are final. Sometimes artwork look differently online than in person and sometimes buyer’s blues gets the better of you, but please make sure that the artwork you choose is something you really want as no returns will be possible. If there is a defect in the artwork, please email info@artsqui.ca so that we can find a solution that will work for all parties involved as Arts Aquí is only the intermediarey between the artist and the seller. Each artist may have a different return or refund policy, but together we will find a solution that will make everyone happy.
